1) General Guides (55 helpers)

a. Arrival/Departure & Accommodation 

• Wait at the airport for participants arrival

• Follow participants on Bus to NUS

• Bring Participants to their rooms

• Show participants to basic amenities of PGP

• Distributing of Programme List ( Information of venues for each event etc )

b. Registration for games

• Provide manpower support to ensure the smooth operations of the on-site games registration

• Mend the enquiry & lost & found counter

• Provide friendly customer service to all participants

• Render assistance whenever possible

c. Social day for athletes

• Interact with atheletes from the participating varsities.

2) Logistics (20 helpers)

a. Goodie Bags
• Packing of Goodie Bags

• Distribution of Goodie Bags

b. Games
• Set up for games 

• Ensure cleanliness before and after games

c. Water points
• Ensure there are adequate drinks at the allocated drink stations and continuously refill drinks.

• Pack unused drinks back into the cartons and place them at the side of your drink station.

• Clear used bottles/cups.


3) Opening and Closing Ceremony Helpers (45 helpers)

• Ushering of participants

• Stage ushers

• VIP ushers

• Logistical Issues relating to opening and closing ceremony


4) Technical helpers (40 helpers)

• Assist in the smooth operations of the various sports.

• Recorders, runners, athlete assistance, technical and competition officials assistance are some of the roles you are likely to play.

• Knowledge of the various sports is not essential.
