NUS HEALTH AND FITNESS CLUB aims to promote fitness as a healthy balance to the stress of university and work life. We serve the NUS population by organization gym sessions with our student gym trainer, and offering fitness courses conducted by professional instructors, such as Pilates, TBT and CardioMix.

The club also organizes the annual ‘Muscle and Fitness War’, which is the most renowned amateur bodybuilding competition in Singapore. The most recent one was held at Vivocity, attracting about 40 participants and a huge crowd of over 1000.

Members interested in joining the Muscle War organizing committee are provide with opportunities to learn the management skills involved in running sports events. Above all, the Health and Fitness Club is about friends, fun and fitness.
