Description
Taekwondo is a form of martial art that enables the realization of the full potential of a man, both spiritual and physical. We are affiliated to the Singapore Taekwondo Federation which is in turn affiliated to the World Taekwondo Federation. Our training sessions consists of a multi-disciplinary curriculum. Members get to learn and excel in unarmed combat, taekwondo aerobics and 'poomsae' (dance-like movements). We are actively involved in competitions such as the IVPs, as well as the annual Taekwondo Nationals Championship. We welcome Taekwondo practitioners from all belt levels as well as people with no prior experience to martial arts to train with us.

Normal training days and times:
Wednesdays: 7.30-9.30pm, Outside MPSH
Saturdays: 2.30-4.30pm, Outside MPSH

Attire: Wednesday Half-Gi (T-shirt & Track-pants), Saturday Full Gi (Taekwondo uniform)
