The MFW is an annual, self-funded amateur bodybuilding event organized by NUS Health and Fitness Club in liaison with the Singapore BodyBuilding Federation (SBBF), to promote bodybuilding as a sport and notion of health and fitness among tertiary students and the general public in Singapore. This widely anticipated event will be held on 23rd January 2010 at our very own NUS Multi-Purpose Sports Hall 2. 4 Competition Categories: 1) Men's Open 2) Tertiary Classic (≤ 170cm) 3) Tertiary Classic (> 170cm) 4) Fitness (for female participants) Contestants stand to win attractive prizes such as cash vouchers and gift hampers!
