President
The President is the overall in charge of the entire NUS Students' Sports Club. He sets the vision and direction for the committee and oversees the entire running of the club. Being the dignitary of the club, he is the primary decision maker and is responsible for everything related to the club. He controls the budget of the club and determines the allocation of the club's resources. He also takes charge of the Revised Hall Allocation Point System (RHAPS) and Club Review System.The President is the senior office bearer for all the Sports Club Projects and plays an advisory role to all the project drivers.

Vice President (External Affairs)
The Vice President (External Affairs)'s main role is to assist and inform the President for all external matters pertaining to the club. He oversees the Marketing cell in the Management Committee and also holds the role of the Category Coordinator for LAND member clubs. He is the Elections Head and will take up the role of returning officer during elections. He also takes charge of the annual NUS Students' Sports Club Awards and plays the role of office bearer for some of the Sports Club Projects. |

Vice President (Finance)
The Vice President (Finance), also the holder of constitutional postition for Honorary Financial Secretary, is responsible for the overall budget allocation and documentation for Sports Club. He handles all major claims & reimbursements as well as deposits of collections/donations within the club, ensuring all finance-related rules and procedures are adhered to. He is involved in expenditure monitoring to make sure Member Clubs/Projects run within the limits of the budget. He is also the Category Coordinator for MARTIAL ARTS. He also takes up the role of office bearer in some of the Sports Club Projects. |

Vice President (General Administration)
The Vice President (General Administration), also the holder of constitutional postition for Honorary General Secretary, is responsible for receiving and disseminating information within Sports Club. She is also required to take down minutes for all meetings involving the Management Committee. The Honorary General Secretary will chair the Sports Club Annual General Meeting. She oversees the Secretariat cell in the club and also holds the role of the Category Coordinator for INDOOR member clubs as well. She helps the President with the computation of the RHAPS and takes up the role of office bearer in some of the Sports Club Projects. |

Vice President (Operations)
The Vice President (Operations) is responsible for the overall welfare for Sports Club and its 25 member clubs. He initiates and organises major welfare sessions/activities as well as getting feedbacks from its members. He also oversees the Logistic cell in the Management Committee which includes bookings of the Sports Club Meeting Rooms, equipment & storerooms and also takes up the role of office bearer in some of the Sports Club Projects. |

Vice President (Publications)
The Vice President (Publication) is responsible for all Sports Club publicity within and outside NUS. He oversees the Publicity and Publication cell in the Management Committee. He is the approving authority for all sports club publicity materials and he takes up the role of office bearer in some of the Sports Club Projects. He also holds the role of the Category Coordinator for WATER member clubs. |

Vice President (Special Projects)
The Vice President (Special Projects) is responsible for setting SOPs, guidelines and templates which are essential to project management. She also handles the project directors' recruitment drive for Sports Club and chooses suitable and talented personnel to hold top positions for the assigned projects. She helps the President with management of the Sports Club projects as well as playing a supervisory role for other member clubs' projects. She will takes up the role of office bearer in some of the Sports Club Projects. |

The Secretariat Cell is responsible for minutes recording during Management Committee meeting or Chairpersons' Council meetings. Each secretary also keeps track of events conducted by his/her assigned category and ensures necessary documents are submitted on time. He/she works closely with the Executive Committee, disseminating information to the committee members and calling for meetings when neccesary.

The Finance Cell takes charge of all finance matters in the club. This includes income deposits and claims for NUS Students' Sports Club and its 25 member clubs. The finance cell also spearheads finance workshops to increase the awareness of the financial procedures required by the school.

The Special Projects Cell takes charge of project directors' recruitment for most of the Sports Club events. The cell assists the President with management of the sports club projects as well as playing a supervisory role for other member clubs' projects.

The Logistics Cell is in charge of all the equipment and fixed assets of NUS Students' Sports Club. The cell is required to update and replenish the inventories in the club store regularly for annual auditing and the executives of cell are the people to approach for loan of equipment. Other logistical aspects such as computers, printers, scanner, telephone and fax machine are also under their charge. They play the central role in gathering feedback from member clubs on welfare needs. The welfare cell also organise networking session, pre-exams treats or post-exams retreats for the members of the Sports Club. They are also in charge of the cleaniness and general condition of the meeting rooms under the NUS Students' Sports Club

The Marketing Cell is the lead of the all marketing committees in member clubs and the approving authority for all sponsorship contracts and agreements. The cell ensures that there are no clashes of interests in sponsors for the entire Sports Club. It is their responsibility to help to source for sponsors for the Sports Club Projects.

The Publication Cell takes charge of all publications produced by the NUS Students' Sports Club. One of these publication materials is our magazine "Sportlight" which is produced twice a year and circulated to the NUS population as well as sponsors of the club. Sponsorship booklets and brochures for freshmen also fall under the responsibility of the Publications Cell. The cell also heads a team of writers and designers who help out with the production of Sports Club's publications. The cell is also in charge of updating the Sports Portal and also handling all web-based publication matters in Sports Club. This will include the mass email also commonly known as "eNewsletter" that NUS Students' Sports Club sends out periodically to every member of the NUS population.

The Publicity Cell takes charge of all publicity matters in the club. This includes poster and banner designing and updating of all the notice boards belonging to NUS Students' Sports Club. The cell is the approving authority for all publicity materials from all the member clubs and their events. During recruitment or publicity drives, the cell will also be in charge of the setting up of these booths as well as their decorations. The publicity cell also spearheads the publicity campaign that is held every year.
